Yes, I know it's suppose to be easy and I am being very stupid.
Anyways, again I'm sorry I can't make it this Sunday.
But I will definitely email/post my part of what I researched.
One question though: Are you guys going to share what we researched? Or do we have to finalize our section and give it in by Sunday?

Each of us needs to write a page to a page and a half on our chosen topics.
I. Historic agenda of bigotry (Garrett & Joshua)
a. Bigotry groups focus around the country
b. Bigotry groups focus targeted on college campus’
Anti-immigrant sentiments
II. Specific “genres” of bigotry (Katherine & Arlene)
a. D.R.E.A.M. act/ immigration issues
b. Radical groups on both sides of the issue
c.
III. Action at Mason
a. Bigotry groups found at GMU (Gloria & Christine)
b. Student groups or organizations who could form a coalition
c. Creating an event to award students on their positivity and advancement of solidarity across campus
For the action portion:
Maybe it would help to develop an objective or mission.
-create flyers to have printed & distributed
-talking to student groups who would be targets (anyone) and would like to be a part of an advancement
-hold events: pass out diversity jelly beans, partake in Pride Week, chalk smiley faces and joyful reminders, end of the year reception with FOOD.
